New Client
If you are a new client, please be sure to read, sign, and send to Diane the Informed Consent Form prior to our appointment.

Fees for in-person and phone appointments
I offer one-hour and one and a half hour sessions, payable in advance.  I accept cash, checks, and PayPal. For PayPal please click on the link to the side. 

• 1 Hour Session - $90
• 1 Hour and Half Session - $135
• 30 Minute Session - $45
• 3 - 1 Hour Sessions $250.00 (save $20)
• 6 - 1 Hour Sessions $480.00 (save $60)

Referrals
Your referrals are appreciated.  If you send a referral who completes a session with me, you will get a $10.00 discount off your next reading.

 Cancellations
A 48 hour notice is required for cancellations and the full fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 48 hour notice.

Tardiness
Please honor our time agreements and be on time.  If we start late, we will still need to end at the scheduled time and a full payment including the time missed will be charged for.

Returned checks
$15 fee for returned checks.
